Bad week for phones. Last weekend the motherboard on my iPhone fried when I plugged into the rental car I had, then my flip phone backup decided not to read my SIM card and then my old iPhone 3G basically crapped out from OS being left in the dust and restoring is impossible… So the little iPhone Instagram app lives on my iPad for now. Here’s an art photo project I did last year, enjoy.

Testing out old lenses I want to keep.
I am about to dump all my Nikon DSLR gear and a couple old and damaged film lenses to upgrade/downsize to the Fuji X Series Digital Rangefinders. I found that with the aid of a dedicated adapter I can manually use my old AI-S lenses with stunning results. Back to basics with new and old technology.
This one I will hang on to, my 50mm f1.8 AI-S… pretty good, yes?
